The challenge
The public union «Ternopil Business Council» (Ternopil BC) brings together enterprises and civic organisations across the region. Members needed not a scattered collection of grant announcements but a unified database with regular updates: Ukrainian state programmes, EU programmes, international donors, banks and private foundations with details on conditions, deadlines and contacts.
The database had to become a working tool for quickly matching suitable funding sources to member organisations.
What was delivered
DATAMEN established regular collection of grants and funding programme information from various sources, cleaned incomplete records, organised details and formed a database for quickly finding relevant programmes.

The environment
The project started in 2026 as a working solution for Ternopil BC member organisations. Work follows access and public information requirements.
The outcome is not a one-time file but a living database that is continuously updated and refreshed to maintain relevance.
Result
Ternopil BC member organisations received a regularly updated database instead of searching through scattered announcements. Structured records allow quick matching of suitable funding programmes to a specific organisation.
The database helps Ternopil BC members navigate the variety of funding sources and saves time searching for relevant opportunities.
