The challenge

MagneticOne Municipal Technologies (M1MT) — a MagneticOne Group company — develops GIS solutions for the municipal sector. The team needed not a scattered collection of spreadsheets about hromadas but a single source of truth: geographic boundaries, administrative attributes and specialised municipal fields in a governed structure with automatic refresh.

The solution had to become the foundation for M1MT products and ensure current information without manual data reloads.

What was delivered

DATAMEN collected data on all hromadas of Ukraine from official and open sources, cleaned and linked records using a unified key, documented quality and established automatic updates.

M1MT products now rest on a single, automatically updated foundation instead of scattered tables. The team relies on one version of truth with documented sources and refresh rules.

The need to search for and manually reconcile data before each release is gone. Engineers can focus on feature development rather than data maintenance.
