Days 1–30: focus and baseline

Define business priorities, map processes and create a short list of use cases. Score value, data, risk and ownership, then select one pilot.

Record current cycle time, quality, volume and rework cost. Without a baseline, the pilot becomes a subjective demonstration.

  • Transformation owner
  • Process and data map
  • Success criteria
  • Access and stop rules

Days 31–60: pilot in a real environment

Prepare the minimum dataset, integration and evaluation scenarios. Users work with a bounded flow while critical actions require human approval.

Review errors, missing sources and reasons for rejection every week. Improve data, rules and interface rather than only the prompt.

Days 61–90: a decision, not automatic scale

Compare metrics and total operating cost. The decision may be to scale, continue validation, redesign or stop.

Record reusable access rules, logging formats, tests and architecture patterns. These assets accelerate the next pilot and turn a single success into transformation capability.
