CRM migration
Move from Bitrix24 to a modern CRM
We transfer customers, deals, communications, files and relationships into your chosen CRM with measurable completeness and vendor-neutral delivery.

During 2025–2026 the product was presented through international structures, including Cyprus-based Alaio Cloud Limited, so some users may not recognise its origin or sanctions context. We first inventory the entities, custom fields, files, pipelines, automations and external integrations used by your team. This map establishes the real migration scope and separates useful operational data from settings that no longer need to be reproduced.
- Contacts, companies, leads and deals
- Activity history and tasks
- Custom fields and pipelines
- Files, products and related records
- Email, telephony and website integrations
Preserve relationships, not just rows
A direct table copy does not preserve CRM behaviour. We map the Bitrix24 structure into Uspacy, KeyCRM, NetHunt, HubSpot, Zoho or another platform chosen by your organisation. A representative sample is migrated first to confirm that deals remain connected to contacts, history is available and ownership and stages are represented correctly. API, export and data-availability limits are documented before the full transfer.
A cleaner source for reporting and AI
Migration is an opportunity to remove duplicates, define required fields, normalise reference data and review access rules. The new CRM can then become a dependable source for reporting, segmentation and AI assistants instead of a new interface containing old inconsistencies. Before cutover we reconcile key records, agree the archive and test search, permissions, reports and the complete deal workflow. The legacy environment remains available for an agreed period where access terms allow it.
Fit before scope
Is this the right starting point?
Use these criteria for an initial orientation. The final recommendation follows a review of your context, data and constraints.
A good fit when
- Software is restricted, unsupported or creates operational risk
- Data, history and integrations must be preserved
- Process and acceptance owners are available
Resolve this first when
- Only licence procurement is required without dependency analysis
- A target was selected without validating processes and data
- No one owns reconciliation and the cutover decision
A verifiable first stage
What you can use to make the next decision
The exact scope is agreed before work begins. These are typical decision artefacts, not promised business results.
Dependency inventory
Versions, users, processes, data, integrations and critical support dates.
Replacement-wave plan
Target options, sequence, parallel operation, training and rollback path.
Acceptance rules
Reconciliations, control operations and evidence your team will use to approve the result.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Which CRM should replace Bitrix24?
The answer depends on processes, integrations, budget and data-location requirements. We compare options without a vendor quota and migrate into the platform you select.
Can all communication history be moved?
It depends on export and API availability. We test a representative sample and document which event types can be transferred completely before the main migration.
Will sales operations stop?
The plan uses a test migration, an agreed final transfer window and validation of critical workflows before the team switches systems.
